Sorry Bob is a physics-based 3D surgery simulation game with a dark, humorous twist. Players take on the role of Nigel Burke, an inexperienced and overconfident "surgeon," attempting to save a patient named Bob through a series of surgeries. While the goal sounds simple—replacing a damaged organ before blood loss reaches zero—the deliberately clumsy controls, unpredictable physics, and tight time pressure quickly turn each surgery into a hilarious, chaotic disaster.
Sorry Bob is played from a first-person perspective, but you only control a single floating hand. Each level offers a clear surgical objective along with a time limit and a steadily dwindling blood gauge.
Instead of standard “grab-and-use” mechanics, players must coordinate individual fingers, creating intentionally clumsy movements that generate both difficulty and humor.
