Horror Escape Granny Room has four game modes, including:
Practice: You will have the opportunity to explore the house without Granny's supervision. However, other dangers are always lurking.
Normal: Be careful with every step because Granny can hear every sound, even the smallest one. You need to find a way out to succeed.
Hard: Granny's movements and reflexes to sounds become more sensitive. You will need to improvise quickly to be able to respond to emergency situations.
Nightmare: Granny becomes angry and will do everything to find out your location. Always be alert to every direction, activity, sound, and even your spirit.
How to Control
You use the mouse to move the cursor on the on-screen controller to move around. Collect clues and decode them to find a way out.
